At Mini Museum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique collectibles. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
